What Games do you play?

I have been busy learning a new game with my friend in Germany.  We talk on Trillian a lot but now we can farm together to. I think its really cool that I can play a game with somebody so far away.

And I like playing games with my family except for monopoly. Nobody should play monopoly with my dad.

We do resemble this remark and yet we all manage to have a good time, including the teen who "would rather be doing almost anything else..." but she would never admit it.

I think board games are so fun and something I wish more kids played. I love getting together with friends and family, putting the cells on mute, ordering pizza and playing games like Monopoly, Risk, Operation or Candy Land!

Over the weekend Holly and I discovered Kerplunk but with little sloths instead of marbles. The marbles always worry me. I know Holly is too old to put them in her mouth but that doesn't mean she doesn't.

A couple of days ago I caught my nine year old with a battery in his mouth.

The only board game we regularly play is Settlers of Catan. Apart from that we're rather a card games family.

A few years ago, my hub's brother's son was staying with us. He was around 9 at the time. We were playing Yahtzee and at one point I looked over and he had stuffed a handful of Yahtzee chips in his mouth. Boys.

If I had Simon before my girls I might be the mother of one.     He's a good kid but he never stops moving.  When he's playing Legos his leg is constantly in motion.  Yes, boys.

Rosie is so impressed with Scarlette because Scarlette did a game similar with her and two other people she befriended on the plane, they took turns giving one word clues.

How does somebody just do that and make friends of people when you don't even know there names.

Are you talking about Heads Up Rosie? That is like a trivia game you play with your family on your phone.
