Sometimes I complain a lot about school and stuff but you know I really do like going to Christian school even if I don't always agree with them. You know how come I like it?  There is a lot of stuff we do to learn and show love and to feel loved to. I don't know but when you are learning about God loving you then I think that love is just catching.

We had special chapel today for the end of the school year and to give us all encouragement to do good this summer.  We did a meditation and my grandma would have loved it cause they played a Barry Manilow song. Do you know who he is? My grandma in Georgia loves him and Elvis. My grandma here likes him to.  But no how.  This is the song that was for meditation and I just think it is such a pretty song. It is from a play.  I think it gives an important message.  We would not be able to do this in regular school and it filled up my heart so I do like being in my Christian school and even when they might act like turkeys.

I've heard that song before.  Not sung by him but by someone else.  I don't remember where I heard it.  It's a pretty song with a message that I wish people would take to heart.

Rosie, you have an old soul. You're too young to appreciate Barry Manilow.

I've never been a huge Manilow fan, but there are a few songs I like and that is one of them.

I know he is very old and not popular no more or even for a long time but we have spotify so I was listening to some of his songs that my grandma said for me to listen to and he has songs that are very kind of deep and personal. I like that you know.
I know I am weird but this one is one that I heard and it gave me tears in my eyes cause it is an important thing for people to know.  I don't know.

Rosie is my little old lady.     She absolutely takes after her dad who is currently listening to Paul Anka in his office.

He is an old man. 

I had to look up Paul Anka.  How did he even hear that kind of stuff?  He must have been a total geek in school.

Hey! You do understand that we we old people here were young whippersnappers at one time and we were exposed to our parents music just like your parents expose you to their music.
