Today me and my grandma are going to go plant a rosebush were my Great grandma Rose is buried and so I been thinking about her and it got me remembering stuff she said the last time I seen her. She was not getting around to good and she was weak but she still had her mind working just as good as ever and she said that is cause she always did riddles. But no how. She told me she loved life very much but wasn't afraid of dying cause that would just solve a new riddle for her. Something else she said made me wonder then and now I'm wondering about it again is she said she wasn't going to rush dying but that there is people over there that she will be very happy to see again. I asked her if she wanted to see Jesus and she said to me of course but that there are others she is more excited about meeting up with again and she said like her husband and her parents and even my mom who was her granddaughter and they were close which is how come my first mom named me after her.
Do you think it is okay to want to meet with other people more than meeting up with Jesus?

I don't think Jesus is so insecure that he demands us to want to see him more than anyone else.

It would be petty for any creator to demand you love him above the ones who have walked beside you and earned your love.

Sweetheart, God gave us these people to love. A creator takes joy in others appreciating and valuing the creation.

Seeing your loved ones is one of the best parts about going to Heaven. We want to see them because we love them. God IS love so how can he have a problem with it?

Dang Rosie are you trying to be a Saint or something? If you get to Heaven you won't have to worry because you'll be there so if Jesus wanted you to be excited about him first it will be too late for him to do anything. Once in Heaven you're there for eternity.

I guess what everybody is saying makes sense. My gg Rose believed real strong like so before she told me that I never thought about her wanting to go to Heaven for something but Jesus and God and stuff. In Bible class we learned that someplace in the Bible and I don't remember were it says we have to love God more than anything else but maybe it isn't so true when its people your loving and not just something like money.

I am not saying it's wrong or sinful but I think you should pray about it Rosie. We are called to love God with all our heart and soul and strength and then we are to love our neighbor as our self. God expected Abraham to sacrifice his son so that shows us that we are to love God the most.

I guess maybe but Charity my gg Rose loved God very much and went to church and helped people so why wouldn't God make it so she loved him most when she was trying to be how he wanted for her to be?
Today is my moms heaven birthday. She is five years in Heaven now. I don't like this day. It is cloudy and they say there is a thunderstorm coming to so it is like Heaven is sad. Me and my grandma are going to my moms grave and my mom is coming with us to. I wish today would be over with all ready.

I really doubt Jesus or God (one in the same) will be upset with you or your gg Rose if there is someone in Heaven they want to see first.
I hope today will be better than you seem to anticipate it being. Remember your mama loves you and is watching over you. She's not gone.

It was nice and I'm real glad my mom was with me and my grandma. My grandma put a corny picture of me on the rosebush but I think it would of made my first mom laugh cause it made my now mom laugh. My grandma give me a new picture of my mom from when she was in 4th grade and there is a drawing of Noah's ark behind her but just a small part of the ark. I wish I could share it but I would get in trouble for doing that. I honest do think my first mom would say to me if she could that she is glad I got my now mom. You know she always said my dad had good taste.  Its funny the dumb stuff I remember. I'm glad I was here to go with my grandma but I'm glad its over with to.
